2. Service Delivery

 

• Turnaround time begins after all intake information is received.

• Draft delivery timelines may vary depending on workload and the complexity of the order.

• Express services guarantee a faster turnaround (typically within 48 hours).

3. Revisions

 

• Each package includes a set number of revisions (usually 2).

• Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

• Revisions must be requested within 14 days of receiving the draft.

4. Payments

 

• Payments are processed via Stripe.

• All prices are displayed in GBP.

• Payment must be made in full before work begins.

5. Refund Policy

Because CV writing is a personalised service, all sales are final once work on your order has begun. Refunds may only be granted before any writing/editing work has started.
